Metek elegant tempered / tempered glass door, which are a type of safety glass, treated with controlled thermochemical or chemical treatments, to increase its strength compared to conventional glass. Hardening imparts external surfaces on compression and internal surfaces on stretching. Such stresses cause the glass, when it is broken, to crumble into small, granular pieces instead of cracking into jagged pieces when a laminated glass is created (glass with annealing). Grainy pieces are less prone to injury.
