Solid wood doors

Molded wooden doors

The molded wooden door is made by mechanically pressing two high-density fiber molded door skin panels with shapes and simulated wood grains. Since the door panel is hollow, the natural sound insulation effect is worse than that of solid wood doors, and it should not be wet. The general composite molded wooden doors are delivered with a neutral white primer. Consumers can paint on the white neutral primer according to their personal preference after returning home to meet the individual needs of consumers. Compared with hand-made solid wood doors, molded doors use mechanized production, so the cost is also low.
Production process:
1. Making the door core: the main material of the door is made of fir or white pine, which is made into a solid door core. After the door core wood is dried, its moisture content is strictly controlled so that it is not easy to be deformed.
2. Making convex and concave shapes, using high-quality density board to be sawed, planed, and milled into a three-dimensional door panel.
3. Installation of balance layer: medium density board, which is integrated with the main material of the door core after high temperature pressurization by the hot press, which not only ensures the overall stability and flatness, but also solves the problems of cracking and deformation.
4. Veneer veneer surface: externally pressed and laminated solid wood veneer 0.6mm thick to ensure the consistency of the overall appearance of the door, such as walnut, cherry, sapele, maple, oak, teak, rosewood, shadow wood, crape myrtle, etc. .
5. Paint: The surface is polished and painted more than ten times, and the high-quality wooden door surface paint adopts high-quality polyester paint and professional factory spray paint. The lacquer is fine, smooth and free of sand and other defects.
