1. Before installation, you must first check the hinges and the door and window frames, whether the door leaf has been matched, and then check whether the hinge grooves and hinge specifications can match. If it is a hinge used for a steel frame wooden door, the side connected to the steel frame is welded, and the side connected to the wooden door leaf is fixed by wood screws, then the two plates will appear asymmetry in the structure of the spring hinge. Therefore, we have to distinguish which panel should be combined with the door leaf and which panel should be combined with the door and window frame. It is fixed with doors and windows, so when we install, we must ensure that the hinge shafts on the same leaf must be on the same vertical line, so as to avoid the door and window sash from springing up.
2. We first use a 4mm hexagonal key to insert it into the hole at one end, and press it to the end, then open the hinge. Use screws to install the hinges in the hollow grooves in the door leaf and door frame.
3. When the door leaf is closed, the spring is in the closed state at the hinge, and then insert the hexagonal key. At this time, you don't need to press down, turn it clockwise, as long as you hear the sound of gear meshing four times. Never exceed four times.
4. After the hinge is tightened, the opening angle cannot exceed 180 degrees. If you want to loosen the hinge, just use the same operation as step 1 to complete.
