Metek participated in the BAU exhibition and gained a lot from 17 to 22, April, 2023 in Munich, Germany. BAU, referred to as World Leading Trade Fair for Architecture, Materiaals, Systems, is held every two years. It is a world-renowned construction exhibition and decorative building materials exhibition. This exhibition was held in Munich New International Expo Center, with an exhibition area of 180,000 square meters, 2015 exhibitors and 250,000 professional visitors.
Founded in 1964 and hosted by MMG, the Munich International Fair Company, BAU is the world's leading trade exhibition for construction, building materials and building systems, and one of the world's three major building materials exhibitions.
BAU's exhibits include floor materials, steel, wood, architectural design, glass, solar technology, photoelectric technology, photothermal energy technology and so on. Exhibitors tried their best to display the latest products of the company in this booth, interpreting new ideas on building energy conservation and high-tech development from various aspects, and countless ideas attracted visitors to linger and watch.
At BAU, Chinese exhibitors' ceramic sanitary ware, doors and windows floors, glass hardware and new building materials were well received by the audience. The number of professional visitors in related fields exceeded 80%, and the number of domestic exhibitors and visitors also increased compared with the previous period. The influence of the Munich International Building Materials Exhibition in China is becoming more and more profound.
