As the latest product developed by the company, DIY barn door has good market feedback and a wide range of scenarios. Metek has always followed the quality as the life of the company. In order to further strengthen the company members' understanding of the products they sell and the testing of the products, Metek Marketing Department specially held the DIY barn door assembly competition.
There are total 8 staffs participated in this competition,
and 2 staffs as a team.
Each team provides 2 Phillips screwdrivers,
1 rubber hammer and 2 pairs of gloves.
Throughout the competition, everyone calmly fought and strived to contend, reflecting the serious and responsible attitude towards the products, showing a high level of professionalism, and at the same time, everyone realized their shortcomings and promoted the exchange of experience among employees after the competition. Increased awareness of new products. The event not only increased the company's entertainment atmosphere through a simple form of competition, but also made everyone aware of the importance of familiarity with the product.
△ Unpack the product and start assembling.
△ Remove all the boards and put in the correct position according to the instructions.
△ Adjust the position of the boards and put them together and make sure the boards fit perfectly.
△ Secure the board with screws from both ends.
Tighten all the screws and the assembly is complete.
Metek DIY barn door packaging with smaller size and easy to install, it only takes 15 minutes to assemble. However, there are a few issues to be aware of when installing:
1. Check whether the product accessories are complete.
2. Adjust the position of the board to avoid gaps and obvious chromatic aberration between the boards.
3. Install all boards in the correct position according to the instructions.
4. The order of screw installation should be first on each side of the board, then in the middle; first two upper and lower horizontal boards, then the middle horizontal board, and finally the diagonal support.
5. The horizontal board and the vertical board are symmetrical on both sides, and the upper and lower boards are parallel
6. Press the board when installing and tighten all screws.
