preparation:
Clean the site so that there is no garbage, no sand and stone on the site and a clean environment. The construction site shall be bright, well ventilated and free from open fire.
（1） Construction technology of clear water paint
1. Surface treatment of white stubble: if there is dust, dirt, glue stain, pencil track, etc. on the wood surface (the decorative panel has been sealed with primer), it must be treated. If the steam nail cap is exposed on the surface, it shall be washed into the surface of wood for 1-2mm.
2. Primer: pay attention to the preparation of primer concentration when applying primer. When painting, the wood grain shall be painted from top to bottom, and evenly applied from left to right for two times. During painting, oil stacking and flowing shall be avoided. Primer shall be painted more than four times (excluding primer).
3. Putty blocking: after the primer is brush, the putty can be blocked for steam nail eye and joint joint. The putty is made by adding water and mixing according to the color of decorative panel. When putty is applied, putty shall be applied fully and protruding from the wood surface as the allowance for dry shrinkage sand grinding.
4. Sanding: after the putty is dry, use 360 water sanding paper for sanding. During operation, the force shall be uniform, and the exposed bottom shall not be ground through. Special attention shall be paid to the external corner. If there is a ground through the dew bottom, it shall be timely color mixed and repaired.
5. Finish paint:
1) Before spraying the top coat, clean the site, sprinkle water and sprinkle the ground to ensure that there is no dust in the air.
2) Before finishing, the paint shall be filtered.
3) Before finishing paint is applied, the bottom paint surface shall be polished in place with 360 water abrasive paper dipped with soap water. The top coat shall be sprayed more than twice. The distance between spray gun and panel shall be appropriate to avoid the adhesion of steam mist to the panel.
4) The wall surface protection treatment shall be done well for spraying the finishing paint, and the doors and windows shall be opened for ventilation. No open fire is allowed on the site.
5) After finishing the spraying, the surface of the paint film shall be smooth, soft in hand, consistent in color, free from flow hanging and wrinkle. After finishing paint spraying, the joint between the paint surface and other parts shall be clear and clear with clear angle.
6) After finishing paint spraying, the dropping, polluting walls, shed, ground and window sill shall be cleaned up.
（2） Construction technology of mixed water paint
1. The surface treatment of white stubble shall be carried out according to the construction process of clear water paint.
2. The mixing process must be made on the veneer, and it is not allowed to mix oil directly on the sandwich panel.
3. The wood used as the surface of mixed water paint can be scraped by the putty mixed with large white powder and white emulsion water.
4. After the putty is dry, the polishing method shall be carried out according to the polishing process of clean water paint.
5. After grinding the working surface, the transparent putty can be diluted and sprayed once.
6. The primer and finish of mixed water paint can be sprayed. The construction process is carried out according to the process of clear water paint.
（3） Coloring construction technology of rubbing surface
1. Before using oil rubbing color treasure, the color card and color mark shall be confirmed and signed in front of the customer on the spot before construction.
2. Before rubbing, the wood surface shall be painted with primer once. When rubbing, it shall be carried out from top to bottom, from left to right. The rubbing color shall be uniform and delicate, and it is not allowed to be exposed in place.
3. Before face coloring construction, manual color matching shall be made in advance, and shall be kept in file after being approved by the customer. Professional personnel shall prepare surface coloring finish according to the construction quantity according to the color mark. The finished color paint shall be purchased. When the color card is determined, it shall also be filed after the customer approves and signs.
4. When painting the finishing paint with color, the construction personnel shall be quick in hand and quick in action. When spraying multi-dimensional surfaces, a working surface shall be reserved for spraying with newspaper cover, and repeated alternation shall be conducted to avoid repeated spraying, which will cause the shade color to be heavy (if there is uneven paint color, the color shall be repaired).
5. The surface coloring and finishing paint shall be saturated, uniform in color, free from flow and wrinkle.
